NEWSLETTER ARTICLES for the July Newsletter are due to Tracy next Sunday, June 17. Thanks!

TABLE TALKS Join us for Table Talk as part of our continuing church planning process. During fellowship time after the worship service TODAY, we’ll dedicate three tables to discuss three broad topics that emerged through previous planning meetings: Spirit (worship, & learning), Community (volunteerism & activities), and Home (physical property & improvements). In this stage of the planning process, we want to flesh-out specific ideas, outline challenges and solutions, and start to create action plans. These are informal chats, but we will have volunteer facilitators for each topic, and we will use templates to help guide the discussions. Our final Table Talk session will be next Sunday, June 17. For more information, contact Council President Scott Baumler.

PASTOR OUT OF OFFICE Pastor Hansen will be out of the office this week. In case of emergency during this time, you may call him on his cell phone, 319-210-4660, or the church office during office hours.

FOREVER YOUNG will meet for a potluck this coming Tuesday, June 12 at 12pm at the church. All are welcome!

PRISCILLA GUILD GARAGE SALE The Priscilla Guild will be having their annual garage sale and food booth on Saturday, August 4. Please place donated items in the designated rooms in the Sunday School wing.

CHURCH DIRECTORY UPDATE The church directory will be updated and distributed in July. There is a current copy of the directory on the table in the Narthex. Please take a moment to check your listing and make any changes necessary. Add your email address if you would like that published as well. Thanks!

LUTHERAN WORLD RELIEF KITS The Priscilla Guild is collecting items for baby care kits for LWR. A donation basket is on the table by the entry doors in the Narthex. Also on the table are lists of items needed and guidelines about those items. There is an instruction sheet to make homemade diapers out of t-shirts as well. Contact Gloria Krob for more information.
