TABLE TAK RECAP Thank you to everyone who participated in our Table Talk series of church planning discussions. We certainly appreciate your input! If you did not have an opportunity to participate, you are welcome speak with any member of the Church Council or contact Council President Scott Baumler (2scottjb@gmail.com or 319-462-0621). The discussions were centered on three broad topics that emerged through previous planning meetings: Spirit (worship, & learning), Community (volunteerism & activities), and Home (physical property & improvements).  The next step is to compile and consolidate the ideas.  Once organized into draft plans, the Church Council will discuss them and reach out to “topical experts” in our congregation for refinement.  After that, we will present the Action Plans for next steps.  Look for additional information in the August newsletter!
