Lutheran Women’s Missionary League
The mission of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League is to assist each woman of The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world.

Other Priscilla Guild Activities
Garage Sale/Food Booth: The annual Mt. Vernon city-wide garage sale event is the first Saturday in August. Each year the Priscilla Guild collects items from the congregation for a garage sale and also has a food booth. Proceeds go toward missions.
Muffins for Mites: The last Sunday of every month the Priscilla Guild provides refreshments for fellowship time following the worship service. Donations received go to support the continued mission work of the LWML.
BEST CHOICE UPC LABEL PROGRAM: The Priscilla Guild collects Best Choice UPC bar codes (must have the bar code) for the Best Choice Save-A-Label fundraiser. Gary’s in Mt. Vernon carries this store brand, and Brother’s Market has a few Best Choice products as well. Cut out the UPC bar code, and place in the designated box in the church kitchen.
Lutheran World Relief Kits: The Priscilla Guild collects items for Lutheran World Relief kits that are distributed to those in need throughout the world. Items are collected for layettes, health kits, school kits, and sewing kits. A basket for collecting items is in the church Narthex along with a list of supplies needed for the specific kit.
